Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the presidential election, has won in Katsina, despite being Buhari’s state.

The former vice president defeated Bola Tinubu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) after scoring the highest number of votes cast in the Katsina election results for the 2023 presidential poll.
