Nigerians should defend themselves against bandits – Minister of Defence

ABUJA – The Minister of Defence, Bashir Magashi, has said Nigerians are cowards for not standing back to fight armed bandits.

In an Interview with Channels Tv, Magashi said ” In our earlier days we stand to fight any aggression.”

” I don’t know why people are running away from minor things.”

“We should stand, and let them know that the villagers are competent to defend themselves.”

” Our own duty is to ensure no Nigerian is hurt.”

The Minister emphasized that Nigerians should defend themselves against bandits.
