Tribunal Declares Akeredolu Winner Of Oct 2020 Election

ONDO – The tribunal sitting in Akure on Tuesday has declared Oluwarotimi Akeredolu as the winner of the October 10 2020 Election.

It also struck out the petition of Eyitayo Jegede of the PDP for want of Jurisdiction.


“Issue raised therein in this petition are settled issue of internal affairs and management of a political party which this Tribunal has no Jurisdiction,” the Judge ruled.

Justice Umar Abubakar led the three-man panel.
